Udang Mas bake all products in 100% sunflower oil.
Sunflower oil is a vegetable oil and is extracted from the sunflower seeds (Helianthus annuus). Sunflower oil is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. It is a clear, golden yellow oil with a soft taste. Cold-pressed oil is a high-quality food, as many vitamins and bioactive substances are retained. This oil contains many unsaturated fatty acids and is resistant to heat and can therefore be used for frying to a temperature of about 180 ° C. This makes Udang Mas in an authentic recipe, these beautiful products can bake airy and crispy.
All (new) packaging of Udang Mas is therefore provided with the sunflower logo.
